INSTACOAT™ utilizes a double-barrel approach to roofing
and waterproofing applications. The proprietary product in Barrel-1 is
a highly refined modified asphalt emulsion combined with a latex polymer
for incredible elasticity. Barrel-2 holds a chemical activator used to
“break” the product material for instant setting.

INSTACOAT’s dual component system is driven
by a small engine that generates a low-pressure, high-volume cold spray.
One or two guns can be used simultaneously—allowing a crew of
3 to 5 to apply up to 20,000 square feet a day.
- Because the spray consists of larger particles,
overspray is minimal.
- Clean up of the INSTACOAT™ system takes
less then 5 minutes.
- The product is also available in trowel and roller/brush
grade.
